I want to share something with you that I learned about business a long time ago. 

If there had to be a "secret sauce," I suppose this would be it. 

SEVERAL of the people we have had and do have as clients can validate this so you know I am not BS'ing you. 

On average, the people we work with and their businesses grow 50-100% in revenue after/while working with us. 

My own company has done the same for the last 5 years in a row, even in 2020 while all the distractions and shut downs were happening.

This is NOT by accident and up until this point, I have not shared this. 

In fact, we are putting the finishing touches on plans to take the companies we own and grow them by nearly 1000% in 2021. 

So how and why is this happening? 

There is a recipe. 

Now, it's not "magic" and there is no "easy way" to it. 

Anyone that wants to do MUST do the work and MUST follow the recipe. 

But, anyone who is willing to the required work and anyone that has mental capacity to handle the process CAN do it. 

It comes down to what we call the 5 boxes and you MUST execute them IN ORDER. 

The 5 boxes are... 

Marketing
Sales 
Operations
Fulfillment
Recruiting 

Lets talk Marketing.... 

If you can generate leads AT WILL, your marketing box is settled. 

This DOES NOT mean having sales reps out on the streets that beat doors all day to generate leads. 

This means having predictable forms of lead gen that create a consistent flow of leads into your business. 

If you DO NOT have that, it is imperative that you get it in place ASAP!!! 

Let's talk sales... 

If you have a team of people that can close deals AT WILL and possess a 40% closing percentage or greater, your sales box is settled. 

Again, if you are using your sales teams as marketers, you need to know you are on the verge of becoming a dinosaur. That game is dying and dying FAST. You might not like that, but it doesn't stop it from becoming the truth. 

Let's talk operations... 

If you have an integrator in place and a few highly motivated and intelligent support people who are well versed in tech, your ops box is settled. 

The internal operations is the nucleus to every great organization. I have watched SEVERAL companies grow rapidly with strong ops teams. They are non-negotiable. They are the process/systems engineers and developers and the control mechanism that keeps the machine operating at max capacity. 

Let's talk fulfillment/production... 

If you can build/deliver a lights out service or product with nearly flawless execution and you have a team of people who are meticulous about customer service and quality, you are all set here. 

The delivery of the product/service and the FEELING your customers get while doing biz with you is what keeps them coming back for more. If you struggle here, your days are limited and your desire for repeat customers will come to an end. 

Let's talk recruiting... 

The teams you build are EVERYTHING. If you can find high quality people AT WILL, without guessing, you have the recruiting box situated. 

But, if you are still operating by "touch and feel" when it comes to hiring, you are costing yourself time and money, of which you might never recover. 

Most companies fail to hire well and thats why they end up failing all together.

When you put ALL these ingredients in a bowl and you understand the proper way to double/triple the recipe... 

The limits of growth become obsolete. 

Yes, there are moving parts that must be managed in between each phase.

But, the recipe, itself, is relatively simple and can be used in nearly EVERY type of service based business.
